The "Greifenbachstauweiher"
or ”Geyerscher Teich” as we call him is the oldest Reservoir in the Erzgebirge ( with a depth of 7 meters) who delivered in conjunction with the “Röhrgraben” water to a tin mine on the “Sauberg” in Ehrenfriedersdorf. Beautiful beaches with spacious sunbathing areas invite you to relax or active sports. Especially for children an adventure playground was built. Around the lake itself are numerous hiking opportunities.
